"Sorry we missed your phone call. A few weeks ago Comcast had service outage for a couple of days. As a result, all State Farm agents in the Philly area using Comcast phone service were not able to receive inbound or make outbound calls. I apologize that your call to my office did not go through, but it was due to the Comcast outage. We always answer phone calls on a very timely manner, and in case we miss a phone call, we call back as soon as we can.
